At the time that I wrote it, I remember asking around if it would be ok to write something Zerum related and people telling me that Jitters would not mind over and over again. Since then I have made it my mission to get permission from the authors themselves though at this point in time I unfortunately did not take the time to do so. My only defense is that those that I asked said it would be alright and the ones that I asked were working on Doctor Whooves related material at the time. Though it would be a act of Luna if any of them remember me or me remembering who I asked.
