Another mission gone wrong, what else is new. Its not like I got anything to look forward to, because they just want me dead. Thief, pickpocket, trespasser, assassin. I am these things, I cannot deny that fact, but they do not see beyond the methods. They will not look deeper. Watching them, what ever those things are, it is clear they are rather trusting. Maybe, just maybe its time to make a move.

This Legion buisness actually makes sense if you see Equestria as a world with a massively higher concentration of natural magic then Azeroth before the sundering where it was all contained in the Well of Eternity and with an already existing portal into this world it shouldn't be to hard for them to break into it from the nether and repurpose it with the energies from Equestria.

Indeed the concentration of magic is higher, but less chaotic then the Well of Eternity, party why they keep trying to attack Azeroth is cause its the only place that ever succeed at fighting the Legion, though barely. I wonder how Azeroth can fight them off again if another full scale attack happens, the well is gone, the world tree is still healing, and the aspects been greatly weaken. To top all of that, the races are divided.

If the Legion would return to Azeroth now in the numbers they did in the War of the Ancients they would win. But on a smaller scale like the 3rd war without the undead forces of the Scourge to back them up they wouldn't get very far because of how the Factions developed since then, yes there is still the war between Alliance and Horde but Varian is shaping up to be a great leader and getting more and more willing to compromise if it means less bloodshed and violence. And the only force in the Horde driving towards an all out war are Garrosh and the ones loyal to him, which are a minority, but unfortunaly Garrosh is Warchief.
The Greatest problem the Legion has atm is that they don't have a reliable way into Azeroth. The well of Eternity is destroyed, the sunwell has been purified and is no longer able to be used by them due to the Light and the Dark Portal wouldn't work either.

Very true, there is no good way into Azeroth currently, or rather for launching any major attacks at least
