As for Silver Spoon and Diamond Tiara trying to humiliate Spike. Well he's been put in a fruity outfit by Rarity, he got his ass kicked by Diamond dogs, Rarity dumped him a trash can, he has fallen off ladders multiple times, he was forced to play the role of a bull in the Iron Pony competition and he was hazed by teenage dragons. There ain't much they could do to him.

Note: it's kinda anthro though and may not be best depiction of anatomy, but still enjoyable. As it's I guess the first Spike/Babs Seed pic, possibly, at least from someone in the US (not sure when it's been released in rest of the world that gets it, but know Japan usually airs shows first).
Okay, to save the onslaught of possible future askings (not that I've gotten more than you and the other 2 above so far), I'm just gonna edit reply up above after this and post the link in. Though maybe I should remove it altogether, as I've been proven wrong well by this point.

That's... hella creepy, but oddly somewhat alluring too.
Not sure I'm getting the whole "Love at First Sight" angle between Babs and Spike, seeing as it's a bit cliche and unnatural to my eyes. I say unnatural because in this story I would've liked to have seen a bit more development, because Spike already fell for Rarity at first sight, so even if he did fall for Babs just like Rarity, there'd have to be some sort of conflict in that situation just to make it somewhat interesting. Also, I hope its explained why Babs moved to Ponyville later on as well.
I see some potential, seeing as this is a somewhat unique ship and all, but this start is kinda rough. You might wanna really think about where you're heading and what's up ahead to make this story worth reading.
Just my two cents.

First.
I hate when Spike is lovesick over Rarity.
If he hasn't gotten an answer yet he should move on.
I want to like this story, but the execution is so lazy and careless that it's struggling to hold my attention. A basic check for spelling and grammar would have taken you fifteen minutes and made this story leagues better.
Also you're using telling where showing would be far more appropriate — for example:
That's kinda unimaginative. You're not showing us that she was interested and couldn't understand why through her thoughts, actions and behaviours. You're just declaring it to be so by fiat, because this is a shipping story and the ship must sail posthaste!
Also too, the dialogue is kinda tin-eared. That's a little trickier than sorting out simple grammar and spelling, and basic telling issues, but it can still be helped. This is why we read our stories out loud, in full, when we write them. That way, mistakes get picked up and you realise which bits of dialogue do not sound like they come from a human/talking magical pony mouth.
