This story is a sequel to Trunk-Or-Treat
Another year has passed, and Halloween has rolled around once more. Last year I took ponies to a trunk-or-treat. This year I'm hosting a costume contest.
While this is a sequel to Car Wash and its existing sequels, there's no need to read any of the other stories first.
The crossover event half a dozen people have been waiting for… A blockbuster fanfic three years in the making (or possibly cobbled together last night in a rush to get it posted in time for Halloween/Nightmare Night).
The Business Trip series crosses over with the Car Wash series.
All the ponies you love have come together under one roof for a costume party. My roof. I really hope my insurance policy is up to date.

Slander. There are plenty of ice-themed heroes. Sub-Zero has been a goodguy more often than a villain.
Frost was evil from the start, but nobody likes her.
Ploom should have tried a Kaneda Capsule cosplay, though getting diplomatic plates and roadworthiness certification might be an annoyance. Though considering the stereotypical tendency of diplomatic vehicles to take advantage of immunity and park wherever they please, a bike would be less exasperating to the meter maids than full limos.

I mixed up Starfire and Firestar again and thought somepony had come as Iceman. It was a little disappointing not to see Spider-Man And His Amazing Pony Friends.
Oh no... I think I know what Ploomette is planning, and you're right with what you say in your blog post, fictional you is going to have his hands full if what I think Ploomette is implying is right.
I mean, to be fair, the fact that what basically amounts to a pony politician and her bodyguards even came CLOSE to competing with ponies whose special talents are art and creativity, it's pretty impressive the duchess was even in the running.
Also I have a couple minor pieces of constructive criticism.
First off, it's spelled "knave," not "nave."
Second, in this section -- "Albeit, they’d also be the only ones who’d make money, but you’d be vindicated in the end." -- Albeit is really not the word you want to use here. it's just not the correct usage. I would recommend swapping it out for something like "granted."
minor corrections aside, I continue really enjoying these stories, and I look forward to the next one. I'm interested to know what the duchess is planning, and I'm hoping she will get permission before actually enacting whatever her plot is (although, knowing how ponies function, I kind of doubt it.)
