I'm hoping he yells "THE WORLD" at some point before stopping time. Also, I'm going to give you the same advice I give everyone I see with a HiE that feels promising. Decide early what you want the overall plot to look like, so that you don't run out of ideas halfway and end up backed into a corner with a half-finished story.
