I was honestly expecting twilight's gift to be a gift card or cash, but what it actually ended up being with pretty adorable too

Sup, gotta say . . . Was not expecting a toothbrush but got a chuckle out of it.

Good story and hope you have/had a wonderful Holiday (There are too many Holidays to recall.) :pinkiehappy:

Classic Twilighting. And romantic Sunset is best Sunset.

I enjoyed this little rom-com holiday snippet. Happy Hearth’s Warming, TheLegendaryBillCipher!

Did I mention I freaking love the cover art? Minimalistic, but in an adorable, cute kind of way.

It wasn’t the grand ballroom of Canterlot Castle, but Sunset’s home was decked out for the festive season. Garland ran across the walls, and her own fake Christmas tree sat in the corner, fully decorated – it came recommended by her friends for its reusability. Sunset lacked a proper hearth for a fire, but the television in front of them played a faux fire, complete with its own crackling. Everything seemed to be in order.

Still works if you ask me. My family has been doing it for years.

“I’m fine!” Twilight chirped. “Just… a little holiday stress, that’s all.”

Been there myself plenty of times.

Sunset took the gift, but her focus remained on Twilight. She scooted over and set an arm on her shoulder – almost wishing she had her geode to read her girlfriend’s mind. But they had all promised to use their geodes for emergencies only, and she wouldn’t use hers without someone’s consent.

Good thinking on the geodes.

“Well, I made a checklist, because lists are an essential part of doing a task. I checked off each store based on the goods they sold and the likelihood they’d have something that catered to your interests. It took me a considerable amount of time… but yes, I inevitably ended up going to each store.”

Sounds kinda similar what my dad would do whenever he goes to costco, even if it's the same one we head to, go down each and every aisle to look for something.

“Ya know… I actually did need a new toothbrush,” Sunset remarked, holding up her gift.

Looks like she you did well with the gift afterall twilight. :ajsmug:

Cute! And being practical it Twilight to a T.

This was really cute, and score one for unexpectedly convenient gifts.
