Yes, you will have to put mature because I still have no idea what I just read. But you created it into such a beautiful dark horrific story. I truly have no idea what I am saying but that you just use words so well to make it more then just a gore story.

the stories have more depth than gore, the key to good horror is being able to remove said gore and have a story still.
Gore is allowable if it moves the tale along and on that note I need to up this rating and add the gore tag.
Another thing with gore to keep in mind is its not the actions but the visual that burns...cupcakes is best example for over descriptive blow by blow gore.
'ok shes getting cut up...shes in pain....standard....'
This is shock gore and only on the first read through does it elicit any responce.
I perfer not to depect the actual actions if I can, in Nightdreams and daymares all of that was depicted but not in full on insane detail as to leave some to the readers imagination.
as for the last scene in ch2 I carefully worded it to where as read you would paint the visual in your mind without mentioning any cleche terms such as ' and then the blood spurted from her open cavity, the life draining from her'
thats lame and corny even for me
I like to leave it to imagination, its our imaginations that bring horror into this world after all
