You've got a solid premise, however, I'd suggest finding an editor to try and fix some of your more clunky sentences or incorrect word choices.
While
I don't entirely understand why some fics do this. You could extend this a little and describe twilight being unable to contain her excitement, resulting in her cheering the final part of the sentence. Just little tweaks and expansions to assist in really pulling in the reader.
Overall, I'm curious to see where this goes!

worst part is that Celestia just takes Luna and leaves Twilight on her own sure Cadance and Flurry is around as well but they are both in the crystal empire and are needed there the time they get to talk is small, like i am a believer that being ageless is not a bad thing if you can spend your time as you wish but Twilight had none of that do to hear ruling the biggest kingdom in there world that does not leave alot of time to keep yourself happy, like if they had gone away for like 10 years to have some fun that would have been understandable but they just left a 100% retire

Yeah but twilight doesn't get Plus there is the question would she even have finished the spell if she had known what was coming. Spike would have had the dragons as well as the alicorns. I think the only reason why alicorns are in charge is because of the windgos and the three tribes which didn't work very well because despite being reminded each year don't hate on each other they went and did exactly that.
One thing to remember is that the tickets (and invite) is pretty much a form letter. Twilight, as Cel's student, has an option to write back for more (and did in the original timeline) as it's outside the Gala's usual machinery. Of course, she does have to think to use that option ,,,

This is a weird story. Twilight kind of bothers In this. Like when she's basically says in her mind that she's has like a million times more power than the princesses. I mean when she was older she probably was just as powerfull or a little more poweful the celestia and luna. Well there is only so much power a flesh and blood body can handle. "That was incorrect, that was only a single 100th of Twilight’s true magic strength, but Princess Celesta didn’t need to know that."
I don't why she is mad at celestia when she an alicorn and her friends are just normal ponies, so of course they are going do to die. So it's partly her fault for not realizing that sooner and here I thought she was smart. When celestia said that her friends will always be with her. Maybe she was talking about them being with her, in her heart. I mean Metaphoricly speaking.
I don't like how twilight hates celestia. Poor Celestia doesn't get enough love as it is. Her sister luna always the more popular one with people.

Well it is a big job to do by yourself. And even when twilight had her friends they didn't have handled the day-to-day problems of the kingdom. They visited once a month to see her and talk about their lives and anything really big that could affect the kingdom. I have no clue what flurry heart is doing but she might be helping her mom with the crystal empire otherwise she could have help twilight out. And Celestia should have at least asked twilight before she led her into taking over.
