"dialogue," Actions of the speaker.

"Are you THE Shining Armor?" The receptionist squealed with delight.

"Yes," Shining confirmed.

"What are you doing here in Sires Hallow?" The receptionist asked.

"You know.. just a business trip." Shining said with his head down, avoiding eye contact.

The receptionist gave him a weird look. "Unfortunately, we're all booked. You're going to have to stay somewhere else." The receptionist said passive aggressively.

"FUCK!" Shining swears.

Where did the passive aggressive come from? she seemed excited to see him and then does a one eighty.

Believe it or not, that is kind of common with receptionists, it has happened to me on some occasions that I travel with my family and a receptionist is very kind to us but after a minute it seems as if he wanted to expel us from the hotel with his eyes.

Don't do anything stupid Shining Armor, he is right but if he acts incorrectly he could end up looking like the bad guy in the story. I leave two sentences that capture the essence of this story:
