It's five o'clock somewhere! And everywhere. All at once. Forever.

Interesting...

I like this. A very interesting little story. You have earned a gold star and a thumbup. Hope to see more stories from this setting.

I like the story, but I really wonder what's the greater fantasy: A magical land of pastel colored ponies or a truthful politician?
On the other hand: If he was the first to take the serum all his symptoms will show up in general populace soon. So he's only confessing what can not be denied.
Yep, he's a politician all right.

I like this idea. You gave the humans preservation serum, yet it doesn't last forever.

Good work.

But a better one than most; he was willing to deal with a necessary evil without undue hesitation.
Some things *are* more important than truth. Its rare, but so many lives most definitely qualifies.

I'll admit I was a little uneasy when I read humans in Equestria, but it came around as a well-executed story in the end. You earn another gold star and a thumbs up from me.

Feel free to do more. You've got a reader here.

Well way to ***king go, you crushed my hopes of you being sensible and creating a TCB universe where, HUMANITY ISN't OBLiberated. Thanks for crushing my dreams.

Nicely done.

I could so see this turning into a multi-chaptered story.

Since someone already got you a gold star, I'm giving you the fabled Parrot-Badge, but only for the concept. The execution is... less than admirable.
Really: TCB: Leaders
Starring Susan Sarandon as Celestia, Sigourney Weaver as Luna, and Richard Weiss as... Jesus :unsuresweetie: (with Danny Trejo as Twilight Sparkle)

1230016 I'm all for critique, but I don't really understand this comment.
I would actually really really like an opinion that I could benefit from, in terms of my writing. Could you elaborate? What you think I could do better, what you meant by the cast list.

In hindsight, my comment is kinda weird...
But you did write Richard Weiss as Jesus. And I can give you a review, sure, just make me now you want one: O Rly? YES!

I would say its a not so good story, never ever try anything like this again.

1248644 That is perfect, thank you. Though, I really want to know why you think it's bad. :pinkiehappy:

Why can the potion do everything BUT let the person be human?

I want to know the reason.

1248881 Well, preservation serum was an attempt by the scientists to allow humans to pass unchanged through the barrier. There was a longer scene explaining the science behind it, (Richard finds it in a TCB lab in a flashback, starts the whole scheme) but it got cut.

The idea behind preservation was to pattern human DNA after pony DNA, without any physical changes. Initially, it worked. However, over time, the artificial RNA enzymes designed to preserve the human structure broke down in the presence of the foreign DNA, and the human would begin to replicate the cells and body structures of a pony. Because preservation serum lacks the large packet of ATP that enables near-instantaneous change, the process was gradual, and painful. A standard ponification serum would provide the necessary ATP surge to enable that instant change, along with a pleasant helping of nociceptor repressors.

1250581 yes but whyyyyyyyyy
I need to know

1250658
You really think outside of the brony population most people would want (and if they did be allowed) to be a pony?

1249839
Also your not a science major are you?

1250764>>1281973 Oh God no. That was some scifi bullshit I pulled out of my sleeve for that one science-y scene that got cut.

and another "Human is doomed to be ponyed" story.

Great.

Welp, at least I will get a riot before everything is said and do-....

Well fuck me sideways, i didn't even get that.

This story= FUCK LOGIC.

IT also fucks science, which is worse.

Damn Double Post

President Richard Weiss

Hello. My name is Bartholomew Mayonnaise.

Originally I thought I had finally found the perfect story where humans survive the interdimensional transition, you not only destroyed that hope and wasted my time, but also made me really annoyed.
