While the girls are adamant about not becoming pirates, their thoughts occasionally go towards the 'What If...' bit, which they discuss away from Luffy, so as to not get his hopes up. Spike joins in and mentions ways that they could fight on the crew, some of which are inspired by his Power Ponies comics.
Applejack: Uses her Lasso similar to characters like Wonder Woman and Striker(Helluva Boss). It's made of a exotic and highly durable material(such as magical Spider Silk), and learns a few tricks from Paulie after meeting him at Water 7. The none-loop end of the rope has a apple-sized weight on it for bludgeoning attacks and use like a grappling hook to swing around, with the loop around her wrist to keep a good grip.
Rainbow Dash: A spear with a Naruto-style kunai-like tip to channel her atmokinesis through, mainly Wind and Lightning, though not as strong as Enel's stronger moves.
Rarity: Magical Gems, which can be used to either store items or create diamond-like constructs. She mainly uses Diamonds, Amethysts, and Sapphires. They are disguised as various types of jewelry, such as bracelets, rings, etc.
-Tools/Weapons: A Rapier, Daggers(close and throwing), Shields, Nets.
-Constructs: Barriers/Shields, platforms/bridges/ramps/slides, etc.
She also has a pair that are strapped to her palms for concussive magical blasts, similar to Iron-Man's Repulsors.
Pinkie Pie: Party Bazooka/Club. When used for fighting, it used either non-explosive cannonballs or shockwave grenades, made by Twilight.
She also uses specially located grips to use it like a club, similar to Tilestone.
Spike and the Crusaders are Apprentices/Cabin-kids.
Spike: He eats the Mythical Zoan, Lizard Lizard Fruit, Model: Salamander. This enhances not only the appropriate traits(strength, senses, etc). But it also allows him to set himself on fire, either in parts or his entire body. This, combined with his Fire-Messaging, gives him Pyroportation, similar to Phoenixes in Harry Potter, though he can only do Line-of-Sight. He can also create fireballs from his hands. He has a weight/size limit of what he can take with him when he teleports. He later learns to use it on people, such as when he hits someone with a fireball, they are teleported somewhere else nearby, he usually has them teleported a good distance in the air, above the water, of in front of an attack, depending on where he's fighting.
Appearance-wise, he looks similar to The Lizard from Spider-Man, still thinking of which version though.
Crusaders: Rarity and Twilight have given them medallions that create barriers around them for their protection.
Scootaloo gets into Roller-blading and uses it while fighting, such as gaining extra momentum for tackle-kicks and improvising some of Sanji's techniques.
Applebloom creates combat potions, learned from Zecora as well as an apprentice shipwright/carpenter. She later creates 'Trick' Apples, basically false apples that are actually weapons in disguise, such as potion vials.
Sweetie Belle, like her sister, utilizes Gem Constructs, though most of hers are mainly defensive in nature.

Well, I was thinking AJ using kick attacks like Sanji and Rainbow use her wings like swords.

I don't see why AJ can't do both, especially as a way to not just be a fighting-style clone of Sanji.
I can see RD learning to do that when she learns Haki and adding Armament Haki to her wings.
