But wait, Spike never announced that he was going ... Ugh, please don't tell me they're gonna leave him behind because of the danger. There are so many instances in which his exclusion is just instinctively agreed upon, so I'm hoping this time it will be the same case in regard to his INclusion. Otherwise I might lose interest. I've already read an amazing epic that follows the same formula as this one, and since I doubt any other fanfic will be able to top "It's a Dangerous Business, Going Out Your Door", Spike's involvement in the adventure and his potential interaction with Trixie are the only things, for me, that it has going for it.

And I doubt this story will ever top "It's a Dangerous Business, Going Out Your Door". It was one of my two favorite adventure fics on my list. Especially the beginning of that one was awesome.
