Celestia, as a millenia-old ageless princess of a grand nation, saying it like this – a hint of hesitation that could barely hold back the explosion of raw, heartfelt emotion, something that she probably hasn't had in centuries...
It really makes this line great.
Adorable young Twilight stories are good for the soul, this one especially. And if you go for the idea that Twilight is actually the descendant of at least one of the sisters (though after a millennium, which ponies aren't?) makes this even sweeter. Thank you for it.
