The first rockets were after all made in Germany (the V2). After the war USA took the German scientists and the first generations of space rockets were pretty much identical to the German ones.
I suppose the conversation ended at right time since if they carried on for a minute more they would get to the whole Manehattan/Manhattan situation which, while amusing is a bit overdone.

In this version of the world, the Ottoman Empire would have become a super-power and come eventually into conflict with the German Empire. Given that a united Middle East under the control of a powerful central government would have absolute control over the primary oil production region of the time, save for the Texas oil fields (and Germany would not have possessed the means to invade the USA for decades) ... Actually, scratch that. We saw how difficult it was even for the Axis to invade Britain. During WWI, the British homeland was virtually untouched. Indeed, if the USA hadn't entered the war, it probably would have dragged on into the 1920s and become a war of such devastating attrition that the eventual victor would have been in ruins just as much as their adversaries.
In that case, the fledgeling Soviet Union with its merciless psychopath Stalin at the reins could have swiftly crushed the broken fragments of Europe by the early 30's.
Tough to say what the USA would have been doing in all that time. Too many variable to consider, predictive power of any speculation there is quite low. A dragged out war would mean no Roaring Twenties, which means no rampant speculation and therefore no 1929 crash. Instead, there'd be rather a general global malaise, though it'd be a remote thing to the uninvolved Americans.
Hmm... I must now go back in time and alter causality to further explore this divergent pathway.

I am not pissed, it is a good comment, it made me realize some errors that I had in that chapter and yes, unfortunately, there are people that my family knows that have that horrible virus, and you made me realize that it is not a good idea to play with this thing, it is really killing people and that is horrible, using it as entertainment disgusts me and I should not mess with those things, that is why I deleted it, and for future reference, I will never refer it again in this or any future story that I write.

What happened to Canada and Australasia, since Canada would at least be a major player in the world stage due to their influence in the Entente and the English speaking world from being the very head of the British Empire, then Commonwealth in Kaiserreich

In this world, Canada becomes a major global power as well, even though in this timeline it remained a little bit longer under British control because, at the end of the Second Weltkrieg, the political status back in the British isles came back to the control of the monarchists and the conservatives that left Canada under a short span of political chaos during 1945-1949 thanks to the abrupt changes of government, because after all, that was the plan of King Edward, returning to the isles and defeating the syndicalist menace, something that he achieves with many hardships. Canada is going to have an important role in this story for their revanchism and the fact that they are one of the most industrialized nations of this world.
Australasia is separated into Australia and New Zealand shortly after the war, but the two territories end with economic crisis because the Japanese in this world was more powerful than the OTL Japanese Empire, as before the war they already held control of many parts in the mainland of China. The Japanese invaded Papua New Guinea and the northern parts of Australia and using aircraft carriers bombarded the industrial zone of Brisbane. They are eventually pushed back by the Anzac, German, Indian, and Colombian forces. Australia becomes a regional power and allies itself with the Republic of China(the rivals of the Qing Empire), while New Zealand is actually one of the few countries of that world that the British still have some sort of power of.

Considering that Gran Colombia miraculous exist on this timeline, the history on this planet earth is very different. Considering that it was considered the greatest power in America by the time it was founded (although very unstable) I do wonder what kind of events transpired in there to keep it going. Too many variables alone, had Gran Colombia survived, history would be already too different to think about.
I still think Peter is behaving like a jerk but the story is having a good flow.
I think the best part of all this is that Romania is most likely is still greater Romania, and still has Bessarabia! Romania Mare!

Also, you have some grammar issues, like writing "you can take a sit" instead of "you can take a seat".
