(I'm taking a break from this story until further notice, but don't worry, I will be back as soon as I have time!)
Crystal is a changeling like no other. She is the princess of changelings; daughter of Queen Chrysalis herself. She does all she can to help her mother run the swarm, but after the failed invasion of Canterlot, she finds herself at the mercy of the enemy; ponies. Stranded in Ponyville and weak, Crystal invents a new pony to shape-shift into. Unfortunately for her, this new form looks a lot like Pinkie Pie's imaginary friend...

As a Surprise fanboy. I feel obligated to read this. So far, seems not to disappoint.
I don't know about everyone else though, but Changelings feeding of just feelings of love seems a tad limiting. I would think all positive emotions would probably provide some levels of sustenance. Love is probably the best option though.
Well I was just skipping along the interwebs, all fine and dandy, when you have to go and put a story with the world 'changeling' in the description.
Now, in accordance with my 'I must read every single changeling fic evar because blargh!' policy, I opened it up!
... About an hour or so later, after the 502 went away (T_T) I was finally able to read this and say:
GOOD WORK! Really excited to see where you take this, even though the first big hook was given away in the description :P
(Oh, and about that description: "Unfortunately for her, she this new form..." may need a little tweaking :o)

Nice one, this bit. But this story has one logical issue: The Mane6, as well a good chunk of Ponyville's population were attending the wedding and weren't around the supposed crash of Crystal in the village. I thought that the pony that has found the armour was Amethust Star or any other purple unicorn. Unless zhe woke the morning the next day and evrypony didn't notice her when they were getting back from the wedding through the dark night. Also: there don't seem to be more changelings around. The propablity states that some drones should too end up in the general area.
Good point to adress in a remake.

Interesting story so far, too bad that its pretty much dead. Would like to see it get revived.
