Sunset and her friends are now young adults. Ever since their high school days have ended, they all got their own part-time jobs and either live in their own houses or share a couple of them with each other. But peace and tranquility will have to wait, as one day, the electricity goes haywire and strange logos appear on every single electronic screen. Sunset and her friends trace the source to an abandoned factory where another group of young adults are gathered. Apparently, according to them, this has happened before.

Ok. A few critiques if I may.
1. I notice you go in and out of past tense. In my experience, it’s best to just STAY in past tense for the sake of consistency.
2. And keep in mind, this may be subjective, but how did Twilight (Sci-Twi) get a virus tracking program that was able to track X.A.N.A. with absolutely NO problems or counter resistance? The guy/program always had the gang on their toes with whatever he threw at them, so unless he was weakened when he resurfaced and couldn’t stop them from tracking him, I can’t help but say it’s too convenient a solution.
Aside from that, it’s a great nostalgic crossover and I look forward to what comes next.

I'll keep in mind on the past tense. As for how Twilight found X.A.N.A and why it didn't do anything to stop the girls is because he doesn't see them as the Lyoko Warriors, just a group of girls running from the chaos. I'm not sure if this is a good enough explaination and also, X.A.N.A left some traces of his data on Twilight's laptop.

Okay, I'm going to check this story out. I loved watching Code Lyoko as a kid. XANA was always a creepy villain. I mean, what kind of a computer virus has the power to remove gravity!? It's suspence like that that made me keep watching it. That and the action in Lyoko itself.

I think they were a character from the Evolution sequel. But given what you said in this chapter, you're just going with the original series.
I'd love to see what the others have for outfits and gear in Lyoko. I kinda see Applejack using an energy lasso or firearms. Rarity could use a whip or rapier, Pinkie could have a portable cannon of sorts, Twilight would use sci-fi gear like hard light weapons, and I see Sunset using a sword of her own in combat.

When I opened up FiMFiction today, the last thing I expected to see was a brand new Equestria Girls/Code Lyoko crossover. It might just be the best thing I've seen this week. MLP might come really close, but Code Lyoko still remains my favorite animated series of all time, so I'm glad to see it still inspires people to write new stories after all these years.
I've noticed you're really good at writing Lyoko battle scenes. You pay attention to what everyone is doing, switching fluently from warrior to warrior to keep the action going while also keeping everything consistent. This is tricky to achieve when you have to deal with up to 13 main characters, so I'm definitely impressed. It bodes well for the rest of the story.
I actually wonder how they'd go about it, since it's a problem which never came up in canon. Obviously, any data noted down manually or saved on their phones would be lost forever after the RTTP. I assume Jeremy would just save the Humane Seven's phone numbers in the Supercomputer's memory, which is immune to RTTP's effects, and message them afterwards.
Anyway, as I was saying, I'm loving this so far and I can't wait to see how this develops.

It's been a long time since I watch Code Lyoko as a kid, I use to watch it along with Ed, Edd, and Eddy, such good memories. And as the story goes, I like it how it works together in a crossover. though I don't remember nor not know what town that the Lyoko Warriors live in, regardless, it fits well.
Oh, I wonder if Z.A.N.A. it going all terminator on them and the rest of Canterlot City, as I last saw Z.A.N.A.'s main plot back then.
