I miss some good scootlove/abuse fic but the fic is moving too fast

The pacing of the story is just fine and up to the creator to decide. What matters is if you like the story or not.

Too much information in one chapter and scootaloo already calling RD mom with little to no information on her situation. If that isn't overly fast pacing then I don't know what is. The author really needs to slow down and give more information so we can actually be invested. Seriously this first chapter starts with RD going to spend time with her mother and ends with scoots wishing RD was her mother and RD panicking with uncertainty and thinking about adopting her in all less than 2000 words. My own stories, which are considered fast paced by many, go through 1 to 3 scenes in a chapter and are around 3000 to 5000 words. Again many consider that fast this story by comparison is like traveling at mach 10. I'll say it again, the pacing is too fast and the author needs to slow down.

I do believe the author is going off the fact that we as the reader know the relationship that these two share in the show as their background instead of needing to explain it. Though I stand by what I said that the pacing is up to the author. I was told my story was moving to fast so I understand your feelings but it is about if you like the story not how fast you think it is going.

Thank you for agreeing with me cccvvvttt. I am not sure if people disliked my comments because they didn't like my opinion or something else I don't know. All I do know is the you can't make everyone happy and I don't care that they didn't like my comment it doesn't hurt my feelings. As long as the authors are respected that is all I care about. I treat other stories how I expect people to treat mine, with respect. If you ever get disliked on here for a comment or a story just don't let it get to you okay.
