Thank you! I'm happy that you liked it. I really enjoyed writing it. The princesses seem to be in a unique position to be able to cause armageddon. It took a bit of figuring to come up with a reason that felt believable without just making them some crazy/convenient combination of evil and suicidal. I really wanted them to still be themselves. I was actually pretty happy with the result, and am very grateful to see people enjoying reading it.
Not sure if the end result would have been the moon dropped on the spider, or the spider banished

Was expecting the punchline to be that Luna ate some of Celestia's cake...which prompts Celestia to bringing the sun down on Equestria because she ate my cake!
The most unexpected aspect of this fic was the fact that it actually made sense by the end.
