I have to admit, I overreacted on my first comment. First of all, I really like the idea of the Equestrian Captain America. However, the deer (or anything elk like) have a really bad rep in the FiM community, because of stories like fall of Equestria. It just seems kind of ironic to have someone that is part of a race known throughout the fanbase to be generally Evil saving Equestria, if you get what I mean. Plus, Captain America is a really iconic human American figure, and transforming the human into a deer is kind of a turn off to the reader, who might be expecting some cool Captain America in Equestria action. Some ways you could improve your writing is by having the human get Captain America powers and keeping him in human form (otherwise, you don't really need the human tag), get Grammarly, and generally just stay away from the deer thing, lots of people don't like them. If you want, I can edit and revise a chapter for you so you get an idea of how to continue with your story.
