Thanks! Glad ya enjoyed it!

If there's ever a criticism I have for a story, 90% of the time it's lack of detail.

But with you, man, just.. Egad! I feel like you poured half of a thesaurus and countless hours learning about trains and old-timey melodramas into a short story. Simply Superb.

Wonderful job.

DAT IMAGERY.

Too bad this is a one shot. This story could really go somewhere if you wanted it to.

Mainly I wanted to throw something out there, in order to cure my latest bout of writer's block. More fics on the way!

More detail? GOT IT. I'll take that into account for future reference.
And much of the rail stuff I didn't have to research...I've been a railroad enthusiast for about as long as I can remember, so this was a natural fic for me to start off with.

I meant you NAILED the amount of detail you put into it. Doubt more could ever hurt, but there was plenty enough for great imagery. My father was a railroad conductor for some time, so it was nice seeing accurate terms and descriptions. Things like that just really pull the reader into the story.

Again, Great job.

It looks like you have made Shakespearean references here

Probably made 'em inadvertently. I have a VERY strange writing style...:twistnerd:

hmm... Most likely an American Type... or an Equestrian type of you figure on the puns and stuff lol
