"slowly blinking her batlike pupils, slitted in the daylight"
...As in blinking her actual pupils, or a way of describing blinking her eyes?
"our final grand council of what the fuck is going on"
The city of What the Fuck is Going On was named due to an experiment with democracy in which a majority of voters discovered, to their embarrassment, that they had all voted for the same joke option. :)
(Not sure where that came from...)
"I wasn’t even paying attention to the General’s speech, so I don’t know if she told us everything or not!"
...Yeah, maybe don't put in your speech that you're less "skeptical" and more "wasn't paying attention". :D
"Has it finally happened? Have I discovered someone even more clueless than me?"
:D
"You and be both, sister"
"You and me both, sister"?
"I look after her thoughtfully for a moment as she wobbles away, wondering what that was all about."
...Poor Meadowsweet. :D
"Either the semen Peter put in me impregnated me, or my body eliminated it since I’m already pregnant."
Well, I don't think it's impossible that neither took.
"It’s interesting though, how subtly different Peter’s semen is than Dusty’s, or Sue’s. There’s a different... feel to it, or song. I don’t know exactly what I’m feeling. It’s just a pleasant feeling of experiencing and learning about Peter, from what he left in my... inside."
Huh. Interesting.
"But there’s no way Nick’s gonna even talk to me, after I blew up at him like that.
“Meadowsweet?” Nick asks"
:D
"to what’s we’re passing"
"to what we’re passing"?
"thanks to Holly and Lucy today, and"
"thanks to Holly and Lucy, and"?
"the bat pony’ boyfriend’s"
"the bat pony’s boyfriend’s"?
...I think perhaps Blaze might prefer that people didn't ask about her age.
Anyway, finished the chapter!

No, blinking her secondary eyes, duh. I did mention those, right?
Don’t bake fud of me I hab a code.
Yes you see what actually happened is both took, and Meadowsweet is going to be very surprised when she gives birth to her litter in 6 months.
One does not ask a dignified lady what her age is! The very idea. Hmph!

I’m glad we have each other.

"No, blinking her secondary eyes, duh. I did mention those, right?"
Oh I must have forgotten! :D
(Also:
"her eyes, batlike pupils, slitted in the"
"her eyes, batlike pupils slitted in the"?
(And of course we've already covered how batlike they are... :)))
"Don’t bake fud of me I hab a code."
Oh, get well soon. :D
"Yes you see what actually happened is both took, and Meadowsweet is going to be very surprised when she gives birth to her litter in 6 months."
...
Actually, beyond the jest, we can't rule that out either now that you mention it. There's still so much we don't know about how these ponies work, after all, and (not counting the six months) it wouldn't even be the only story to have ponies capable of that.
(Here's the extant one I know of, if you'd not seen it.
edit: Actually, relevant to a line in the chapter, even.)
"One does not ask a dignified lady what her age is! The very idea. Hmph!

Wow, that's gotta be one of the most tedious stories about infidelity I’ve ever run across. Jumps straight to the bad parts, and wallows in them.
Just like this story! I think in the next chapter, I’ll have it fast forward to Meadowsweet having a yelling contest with Nick about how devoted she is to her children and her family who he is not, and he’ll say he deserves to be devoted to her family so much that he’s contacted Peter and told him that Meadowsweet bore him a son, so that Peter can be devoted to her family too. All with their tails held tight against their asses the entire time. Yeah, what a great idea!

Hah! :D
So I gather you maybe didn't like it much? Oh well. :)
