A heartwarming christmas story
Old Shoelaces an old, retired and weak unicorn living by himself. The last holiday of the year is here, and he sleeps in his bed. The days pass by while he idly sleeps. But then somepony comes knocking on his door, and suddenly his life became that much more important.

56092 Thanks. Funny thing though, when writing I came up with FIVE different endings. Each of them similar, but with a radical difference in mood and the overall summary of the story. One was heartwarming, one was heart-shattering, one was a mindf- and one was all of the above. The last one wasn't too special. But I think I'll stick with the first just to keep it a good story.

Hm... I just figured that the one thing this fanfic ultimately lacks will be a picture. If anypony would know a picture that would fit, a source of pictures, or an artist that could help, then that would we awesome. I'm gonna write, edit and "enchant" this fic as much as I can!

YES! FINALLY DONE! Editing this was harder than MAKING this story, but it is now WAY better than it started out as. I urge anypony to at least read the
, but now it is by far the most emotional one! And so, with a new title (originally named "A Moment of Love") I lay down my working hooves on this tale for now!
LAST chapter over again if they have finished it already! (BlankFlankBrony, I'm talking to you!) Because that chapter underwent the greatest change, and that chapter is the one I think I managed to improve the most into the ending it has become. The original last ending was BORING in comparrison
