I sympathize with Scootaloo. I feel rather traumatized myself and I just read the story. Didn't actually see any of it happen. Pretty sure Rainbow regretted the puffer fish when she discovered it also gets spiny when it puffs up.

I don’t reely understand what hooked RD on fishing. She cast away her sanity awhile ago, so maybe she was doing it for the halibut? She’s gonna require a sturgeon afterwards. I’m rather surprised she hasn’t made anemone out of Scootaloo. The little filly must be really crabby after all that. For Rainbow, the day must’ve gone just swimmingly. Aside from the visit to Redhart. Wait. She got out of the hospital. Jeez, Rainbow is a slippery one. The sturgeon ain’t gonna be happy with that shellfish mare.

This trilogy reminded me of the good times I had in the summer of 2012, when one of my fraternity brothers and I would try to find the greatest shitpost stories to send each other. That's what got me into this fandom in the first place: the moment I moved on from The Spideresses and other stories in the SPAG neighborhood of Peter Chimera and Squirrel King to shitpost comedy stories with standard English SPAG. What a blast from the bast!
