This story seems good at first glance, but I have some misgivings. It seems like Rarity is really being used in this situation. Not to mention that everyone that has used these portals must know who it is on the other side. This would completely ruin Rarity's reputation. I could give other examples of Rarity being taken advantage of but I think they are obvious. I just don't like seeing submissives abused in this way.

Well the story kinda jumps in to the middle of an existing relationship, certainly Rarity and Twilight would have already had some discussions about boundaries, interests, and so forth. I don't think it's abuse if Rarity has made it perfectly clear that she wants to be treated this way and fully enjoys it.
It's also implied early on that Twilight at least has had sex with quite a few ponies around town. On top of that it seems Ponyville spa has glory holes and quite a few ponies lining up to use them — I think it might be safe to assume that attitudes to sex are a bit more liberal in this world than we're used to, so Rarity might not be judged as harshly as you'd think.
Beyond that, though, I thought I'd made it fairly clear that this is straightforward smut, with no real attempt at realism. Consensual, but not safe or sane. Was there any way I could have made that clearer from the outset?
Please tell me there are plans to write more stories in this universe?
