No doubt. I picked Elstar cause it's the only Norwegian apple that grows up there. And Pippin cause it's cute, and very southern. I also like to image that AJ learns old ponish and will shout that at her kids when they're screwin around.
Just reread this cause it's really the only Rock Hoof AJ ship fic here. And god this is so good. I don't know if you plan on keeping this going, cause its listed as incomplete, but I'd love to see what's next for them. Also, I was reminded of a poem I heard years ago. I'll paraphrase it to fit Equestria
