"No. She poops. She poops green things. She poops yellow things. She even poops bright pink things that are the reason Twilight Sparkle is not allowed to buy her food anymore." Cadance waved a hoof in the air expressively. "But I take all of it, and love her. She is my foal."
Cadance waited for her indifference to sink into the changebun's adorable head. "So while I put up with her shit, I ain't takin' yours."

Or maybe a sequel. Her hold on him seems precarious. Was that bunny stampede really just coincidence? What side will Chryssi take in the conflict?

Edit: Everyone says comedy is about timing. Well, momentum is actually just as important, and that means knowing when to stop before it peters out, too, if you ask me.

Huh... thinking on it, maybe that's why all of my comedy fics inevitably turn into sincere, pure sappiness towards the end, once the joke has played out and all that's left are the after-effects.
