Well think about it. If you see something completely alien in front of you, and you don't panic even the slightest bit, you'd really need to seek professional help. It may be cliche but I'm using basic logic and natural reactions as a guide. Fight or flight is nothing to sneeze at. I'm glad though you're enjoying my work though. I have a few problems....
There are several errors in the text scattered about the chapter. Might want to fix those.
Second: Fus Ro Dah is powerful enough that a simple arrow would be just flung away and not just slightly redirected. It would need to be enchanted in order for it to be just slightly redirected.
Third: Aww come on dude... why'd ya have to kill Tolfdir?...
This chapter.... no. Just no.
Celestia must have at least told Luna about Brom.... this chapter... no. Seriously, just no.

Thanks for the input I'll try and fix those if I see them. His shout was weakend since he had used up so much of his Magicka and he was physically injured. And I'm sorry about Tolfdir, got nothing bu love for the old guy, but it was the kind of heart wrenching thing I was looking for.
