Twilight hasn't been right since discovering the history of two long forgotten races, and her subsequent excursion to the last of their ruins. After the sudden, and violent death of Pinkie Pie, Applejack and Fluttershy, Twilight announces that all is complete to resurrect the Alicorns and Draconquus. Rainbow Dash rushes off to the Castle of Friendship to confront Twilight, and put an end to her quest.
Note: It's been a while since I've actually posted a story. Hope you enjoy. Fair warning, this is a grimdark. The concept came to me while I was at the story today, and I thought, why not? I've got some time.

It's meant to be like this. This is a snippet of something bigger, but if you were to see, it would take away from the element of mystery and horror that you see here. If there would be a resolution, you wouldn't imagine where the story goes. I considered making a prequel and a sequel, but I think it would take away what this story alone has built. It's already gotten lots of attention, and three readings on youtube. I don't know how that happened, but it did.
Oh. It was the spider amulet all along. One of the two races must've cast the want it-need it spell on the amulet, and the very IDEA of bringing back the two races. All right then.
