That’s when she learnt a lot more about the teacher, and his interesting yet vicious secrets and reasons of why he came. Because of that, a special tutoring club is established in the extra-curricular system, where all who need lots of help on their studies or other things are happy to come in. Reading this story is fun, also a little confusing and annoying. The main problem I see is the tense, you waffle between past and current tense, sometimes within the same paragraph. My suggestion, make it all past tense.

I noticed few errors over the course of my reading, the biggest ones being Nagisa referring to Korosensei as his High School teacher and E-Class being part of a high school program, Ganukigauka is stated within the series to be a Junior High, there's even a few points where they mention moving on to high school throughout the series, and thus E-Class is part of a Junior High program. Also, you keep using present tense where it's clear you should be using past tense, whenever a character talks about events and people from before the events of the story it should be in past tense.
