Lise

If you happen to cry, I will be there. If you happen to smile, will you do the same for me?

There are a hundred recipes to serve to a changeling, but for Spike they all boil down to just one thing.

I love this idea! It's a very unique thought and one few could manage to turn into something tangible.

The thing I have a problem with, however, is that the resolution of why Spike was suffering seems a bit... tossed together at the end. Like, it almost didn't seem relevant to everything else that was happening. It just didn't click with me the way I hoped it could have, given the buildup of what happened at the beginning of the fic.

I really enjoyed the idea altogether, but I feel you could have taken it up another notch and executed the ending a tad better. But that's just me. Still deserving of a thumbs up, however, as are most of your works.

Well this should be interesting....

Knowing how he behaved in "Gauntlet of Fire," it is very believable he might do this. But yikes, I'm so depressed now. :fluttershysad:

Jesus Christ, Lise...

For some reason, I thought of this song:

Well i didn't see that coming...
:rainbowderp:

Lise. I think I'll need to read some Equestrian Fanfiction to cheer myself back up.

I really, really loved the thoughts and ideas presented here. I never quite thought of the changlings this way, and now it's part of my Canon. I went into this not knowing what to expect and came out with a lot to think about. The ending was a bit rushed, but I got the idea of your goal early on. Nice job.

Your brain goes to the strangest places, Lise.

Never change.

A good story, but a sad one. I don't often read sad stories. I'm not fond of the heavy feeling in my chest they bring. Like the inverted physical manifestation of Rage, which differs from Fury, which spreads out across the whole body instead of focusing in one specific area.

This gave me nightmares. The possibility of Spike's character development was due to him being a changeling was frightening and tragic. :fluttershysad:

And considering this was made after season 6's finale, what would've happened to him if he was all 'used up'? How will he react when his friends reform the changelings, and their reaction to Spike actually being with the hive all this time?
