I think the bigger question is, what in Equestria is Trixie doing spending time with Twilight and Spike!?
8142942 Good. That makes the story more interesting, but that "mature" tag and when, Trixie, nuzzled him that made him tense up was a pretty good give away to a possible bad touch moment.
As for, Trixie, spending time with Twilight and Spike? Easy!
1. Twilight and Trixie are dating.
2. Twilight let Trixie move in because of friendship! And then they started to date!
Either way, the next chapters should be very interesting!

Im curious, i get this whole mystery novel vibe when i read this, and i consistently feel like starlight has been doing something secret and sneaky in the shadows. I mean, spikes lack of memory. He constantly asks if other people remember the moments they shared, and the question line to daimond and silver makes no sense. Then his general displeasure towards starlight, like yea i get it, she left, but even still, that wouldnt cause his displeasure to last a while year! characters come and go all the time. Its just a little too strange to me. Although, this may just be a regular old family story, but its just so, unusual.
Even still, its a solid 7/10 so far! Keep up the good work!
Unless we're being led astray... the answer here seems clear, that Starlight... does things with foals, and Spike has either repressed his memories of her or she has done it for him with magic.
But... Maybe there is either something else, or more to it than that.

Maybe Starlight touched Spike and he didn't like it. Now that he doesn't like it he concluded it mustbe because he is gay. Elsewise he would not be disturbed by the idea of a girl touching him.
It's still possible that something different is going on, but by now I think it would be a bit and switch.
While the fic is going at a good pace, the only thing that confuses me is the relationship. Because I can't tell if it's going along with the canon relationship, or a different one. The line in Spike's flashback ...while Auntie Starlight... threw me off completely as I wasn't sure about the relationship. I can kinda see Twilight being the mother of Spike, Trixie being a BFF sort of thing with Starlight, or something like that. Really hope this gets explained as the story progresses. But for now, lemme just quickly track this.
Did Starlight literally grow a pair and rape Spike or something?
...Or did he just write that in his diary because of the play he watched?
