Thanks immensely for getting this story (or, rather, short series of stories) started. I have to admit you did a pretty good job on this. I love how you are combining source material faithfulness with your own spins. The Crusaders, in particular, were great in this. Not only did they provide valid "proof options" beyond the canon (which Snips and Snails stupidly ignored, but, still, points for trying), but they also reminded their big sisters (or, in Scoots's case, big sister figure) that they had their share of the blame too. I'll definitely be looking forward to the next chapter, but will be more than willing to be patient.

I like the idea of splitting the Trixie episodes into 3 parts, but maybe you should add a little title above each section to indicate a time skip or something, especially since the third episode takes place with Princess Twilight and her new student.

8113520 Agreed, but Rarity was more or less keeping her trash to herself and her friends. While Trixie was right to put the other two in their places, since they interrupted her show, Rarity did not. Annoying, insulting, but not a big deal, and certainly nothing new, I'm sure. Trixie made it personal, which I'm sure it was for her, and antagonized Rarity.
That said, they were all in the wrong, especially the girls, but Trixie could have handled it much better as a performer.
That and she didn't really beat Rarity...just turned her hair a nasty side of green and watched her have a meltdown. Also making someone sick is not cool. Even if they are really annoying and need an ego check. In fact she never undid her spells.....
Still. Don't bring a girls hair into a fight, it's almost worse than bringing someone's mother into it!
Tl;dr: The girls were rude, RD and AJ exceptionally so, they got served. Trixie acted unprofessional and made it personal. Then she didn't undo her spells. What was she planning if there wasn't anyone to undo them? Like is she was in an Earthborn town?

Sorry I took a while to get around to reviewing this, but this is some darn good stuff. Again, I love how you combine faithfulness with working in extra info that explains certain things better. I particularly liked the end scenes with Twilight and the others AND Celestia's lead-off to a certain story that has already been completed. Of course, I might be looking too much into it, but the fact that Trixie had the juice to undo the mouth-removal spell even WITHOUT the amulet might be a good indication that, while she might not be as powerful as Twilight, she is still at least a fair bit above average in the magic department.
At any rate, I'll definitely be looking forward to more of your work, but will also understand if real world concerns need to come first.

By the way, how are you going to fix "No Second Prances"? I'd hate to put additional pressure on you, but that was the very first episode that I outright hated.
