This story is a sequel to My Little Mages: The Siege of Krystalopolies
It has been weeks since the return of Krystalopolies, and in fact just two weeks until the Summer Sun Celebration, and Twilight Sparkle believe this is a perfect day, not only that it is her first time as the lead on Magivillie monthly Musical Thursday. However the actions of the night before shows that she had accidently cast a spell that swapped the lives of her five closest friends.
Can she figure out how to return things to normal? Or will her friends be forced to live out these new destinies?

Hello there. Thanks very much for getting the next story in your series started. I really appreciate you going to the effort. I like how you are already going into slightly more detail about certain things than the actual episode. While I can understand wanting to get this story started before the next season starts, but please don't put TOO MUCH of a rush job on this. Stories like this tend to be better when they AREN'T rushed.
And, hopefully, a few details will come up that will make Twilight's future ascension look more well-earned and less like being excessively rewarded for cleaning up her own mess.
Oopsie. Sorry about that. Anyway, the important thing is, I AM looking forward to more, but also have no problem with being patient.

Not bad. I always thought that the magical mystery cure ep was rushed, but, I'm not gonna bag on it because that topic has already been done to death and I don't intend to resurrect it. Also, I look forward to your Discord bonus chapter in the future. The way you did the confrontation between Discord and Fluttershy in that story was great and I can't wait to see what kind of spin you put on for it next.
8088314 It's a musical, the pacing is naturally much faster than, I do concede that the episode was rushed, but then again Season 3 was short and if it was longer with MMC as a two-parter, it would have been better, but personally I like what I got.

I do like a good musical, so long as it fits well and helps the story move on, which can be a difficult thing to do. You've manage to do pretty well so far with the songs you used, and I also like how you use "Applejewel" for Applejack. Good luck on the next chapter.
Again, very good job on this chapter. The added details were a great touch AND make sense for this story. I'll very certainly be looking forward to the next chapter (mainly because I'm curious as to what kinds of details you are going to add to the Celestial Realm and other things), but I will also be quite willing to be patient.

Once again, splendid work on the added details and I particularly liked how you actually gave Twilight a legitimate choice AND how you gave great set-up for at least one future adventure (possibly even two future adventures). I'll very definitely be looking forward to more stories in this series, but I will understand if the real world might get in the way.

Ah, yes, "Morning in Magiville(Ponyville)" the opening song....or to those of us who are bibliophiles and lovers of musicals... "That song they sing before Murphy wipes the four with them." I knew trouble was coming before she even finished that second line.
Also, they totally based it off Belle's opening song about the village.
