This is interesting. What are you going to do about Rarity's and Fluttershy's weekly spa date? They were doing that before Twilight and Spike came to Ponyville. Plus, I don't think Twilight will be willing to let Spike go off to do something else without, one, meeting the owners of this spa, and two, making sure that his work there won't interfere with his work for her.

P.S. You may want to up, Twilight's, age to be in her mid 20's. Somewhere between 20 and 25 always felt right to me, especially with the level of responsibility that she, by extension, Spike, has with, Celestia, it makes more sense that they be in that age range. Plus a older but still young, Spike, would give you more room to play with. And 17 - 19 is a fun time to learn!

The writing is pretty solid, which I'll admit was a pleasant surprise. Word of advice, you could make a better first impression for your story if you capitalize your title correctly Spike the masseur, AKA how the spa whored out a dragon should be Spike the Masseur, AKA How the Spa Whored Out a Dragon. Personally think the aka things a bit much but I respect that's my personal opinion and not a rule of writing.
Speaking of the writing, the descriptions are good, the styles solid, and it looks like you actually understand the concept of grammar, which is always nice. It's a shame when a promising story is basically unreadable; I'm glad that's not the case here. That being said I can't really say anything about the story because there's really not enough here to comment on. So far you basically set down the ground work, which is fine and good as many will jump into the story without doing any. I look forward to seeing what happens and hopefully enjoying your story.

Somepony whom we will not expect...I can think of a couple, and obviously the list could be infinitely more since it could be anyone. You're making it interesting. Well according to what we can assume, obvious none of the mane 6, and neither Aloe nor Lotus (those are way too obvious). The Crusaders probably are too young to even engage Spike since he's probably of age and the Crusaders, as well as other fillies are probably underage. I have to strike Starlight as well, unless this is an AU where she's simply not there. But even with those parameters, there are still many females out there that could be the one to stamp Spike's V-card.
With that said, my First one would be Princess Luna, after she's been purified by the Elements. Not sure why there would be a scenario for that to happen though...maybe she's too obvious as well...
One that could really come from left field would be Ms. Harshwhinney, but again the same issue persists just like Luna--what scenario would work pretty good and not seem hamfisted?
8069057 No Luna will not be Spike's first but don't worry, I have a plan to include her that seems somewhat reasonable in my messed up mind. I doubt it will be perfectly believable, but how can making a moon princess fuck a dragon be realistic anyway? Bottom line is, set up for her will hopefully be a Hell of a lot better than some stories which try to get characters to fuck.
