Amusing so far. I'm not well-versed in Star Wars lore, but I could see battle droids reacting like that to the Muun commander's orders.

I seem to have missed the "Anthro" tag until I read that Twilight had clothes on. I don;t have an issue with Anthro, but didn't really see it as necessary. Maybe include a bit more physical descriptions of characters to paint the picture for readers? I'll keep an eye out for updates though.

Don't worry, we'll be getting small bits and pieces of how they look until both races (if the droids can be called that) meet each other and get the full shazam. Also, I wanted to originally just make them regular ponies, but the fact that I have an idea for the ponies possibly flying starfighters or using controls later on (no concrete spoilers yet, just ideas and speculation) kind of made it hard for me to stick to it. I mean, could you imagine how hard it would be for a 3-4 foot tall pony to use pedals, a flight stick (or two!) and pull triggers with just hooves?

Yes, i fully intent to continue and hopefully finish this story, i just don't have much time to write at the moment. I will try my best to get another update out by the halfway point in January, however, I cannot make any promises, but I can say that I will be able to write more and give more frequent updates to the story come mid-late February.

Looks good so far! It's great to see another fic about the separatist, don't see a whole lot of them. I actually thought about making a similar fic featuring General Kalani and his droids from Star Wars Rebels and having his ship crash in Equestria instead of Agamar.

I like this. The droids, clones, and ponies all seem well in character. there seems to be something of a plot/idea going forward, something not every story can boast. and it does have some great moments of humor.
what would be really funny though, is if there were a whole squad of clones whose names were matches for the elements of harmony. I mean, honesty and such wouldn't really work as names, but how about a squad named Laughter, Blunt, Patriot, Charity, Grace, and Deus Ex? especially funny if Laughter never laughs; Blunt is a compulsive liar; Patriot displays genuine hatred towards the Old Republic; Charity hoards everything; Grace is always insulting everyone; and Deus Ex has never solved any of the crew's problems.

But I needed to get rid rid of him, and an easy way to kill him off was for a mix-up in orders. That way, there's little irreparable damage to the ship's systems from the inside, rather than clones storming the bridge and getting into a brutal firefight as the droids take it back.

Haha, that's actually my favourite Rebels episode, and I would so read that. I was thinking of putting a Tactical or Super-Tactical droid in command in my story, but I didn't want the droids to be too competent or end up ruthlessly taking over the planet. You might see one pop up in a later chapter though, but if they do, they won't replace 72624 (the B1 Captain). Also, I hope no one's getting too confused with the numbers. Next chapter is when I'll start introducing droids with nicknames and giving the currently known ones their own as well.

That sounds like a pretty good idea, but I need a limited number of clones for a specific purpose that will become clear later in the story. Plus, since the Republic (technically now the Galactic Empire at this point) is supposed to be viewed as the 'bad guy' in my series, with the droids trying to rebuild and secure the territory they jumped to, I don't want the clones left on board to have too much screentime (pagetime? scripttime? script-length?) and even though I want to give them a bit of time to make them relatable, they still have to clearly be the 'bad guys' at least for a couple chapters until <THIS SECTION HAS BEEN DELETED DUE TO SPOILERS> happens.

battle droids and clone pilots are the true victim's of the clone wars. One droid begged for mercy and received none. They are self aware and are killed by there own sometimes.

BUT EVERY FRACTION WAS AMAZING AND THE MAPS WERE AWSOME LIKE MUSTAFAR AND THE ABILITY TO DESTROY THE BRIGE AND GEONOSIS AND THE GUNSHIPS! THE SPACE BATTLES WERE SO FUN AND THE FACT YOU COULD WRECK HAVOC INSIDE THERE CAPITAL AS WELL FROM OUTSIDE. I miss that game :'(

If you don't remember what a Dreadnaught's bridge is like, watch Revenge of the Sith again. They're not very tall, if he were to fall from an explosion rocking the ship, he'd fall to his knees and that's about it. Besides, it's a bit funnier this way.

Yes, Rebels has shown that clones can fight the Empire. Clones that have had their inhibitor chips removed and have been decommissioned for up to fifteen years. And don't forget, Separatist holdouts were a real thing, and clones were sent in to destroy them and bring them under Imperial rule in the first years of the empire, because there were very few non-clone stormtroopers shortly after the birth of the Empire.
While I do appreciate your criticism and your idea, I have other plans for the clones.

Yes, the Captain is a B1 battle droid. Normally the Tactical droid would be ranked higher but (almost a spoiler) the Tactical droid is supposed to be in charge of the ground forces on the ship. He'll show up in the next chapter, and it'll all be explained (hopefully) hilariously then, don't worry.
