Maybe I might write a sequel if inspiration strikes again, at the moment all I have is:
7590920 This has a potential fire many sequels of you decide to build a longer storyline around it. I for one would love to see Luna trying to help Chryssie him up with Celestia. I mean, it'd be like the deaf leading the blind, with Luna's nonexistent social skills and Chryssie's backwards logical thinking. Like a five train wreck over an active volcano.

But still that sounds like this idea has a lot more potential then I originally thought, it actually sounds pretty fun when you put it like that. Please understand that I do have some commitment to current writing projects, but when I have a spare moment I may consider working on a sequel to this.

This is great. And absolutely the kind of story that should stay a one-shot. The premise you've set up is nice and hilarious! But trying to execute this further I could see it souring the premise so it is probably for the best to keep this as a one-shot I think.
