She actually doesn't do that.
Her first effect negates attacks.
But her second effect doesn't negate card effects and it needs to be a targeting effect to trigger.
Its effect actually is it just stops monster effects from activating as all DURING the Battle Phase only.
And since it didn't seem like it was the Battle Phase when DMGTDK tried to use her effect, her effect should have destroyed Chaos Giant.
After fully reading this, I want to ask a few things.
Where was Spike during all of this? He was completely absent and missed out on all of this.
Why wasn't he with Sci-Twi there? Wished he got to duel honestly..
What happened to Princess Luna and Equestrian Spike when Equestria got taken over by Shadow Master there?
