Pinkie Pie tells the Cake twins stories to lull them to sleep. The catch? They're all fairytales that she's changed into something hilarious! She uses herself and her friends as characters. This story follows the Disney adaptation of "Aladdin" Where Shaladdin (Shining Armor) must try to win the heart of Jadence (Princess Cadence) and defeat the evil Sombrar (King Sombra).
There is a Youtube animatic-style adaptation of this story that can be found on my channel (also under the name Magpiepony) This story took a lot of time, love, and patience and I certainly hope you all enjoy it!

Absolutely amazing! Definitely my favorite of the Pinkie Tales so far! The self aware humor, mostly from my two favorite ponies (Applejack and Pinkie), worked so well, just as in the the other Pinkie Tales. Applejack was mostly the smart, sarcastic one, pointing out the plotholes (best pony), and Pinkie was... Pinkie. I'm now imagining Quibble Pants in a future Pinkie Tale. I'm going to squeal for joy if he's playing Sebastian (if you're basing it on the Disney version) in The Little Mermare.
Even though Pinkie and Applejack ruled this one as the standout characters, the others were no slouches. Shining Armor and Breaburn were hilarious, Twilight and Fluttershy were adorable, Cadance was both cute and awesome, Sombra was amazing, and Rainbow and Rarity had fun moments.
Overall, definitely worth the wait! Though, I have one question about the videos: Is the pointy pony art style going to be permanent?

Overall, this was a HILARIOUS fic with Appul as usually pointing out the nitpicks of Aladdin in a hilarious manner. Cadence, Shining, Twilight, Sombra, and Pinkie fit their roles to a TEE, especially Pinkie Pie, you The EVER IMPRESSIVE, THE LONG-CONTAINED, often imitated, but NEVER DUPLICATED: GENIE OF THE.....Tuba.....bit anti-climatic there, but who cares!
I can't wait to see the animated version. Way to go, Magpie!

Due to the fact that I am making these art pieces myself (including the backgrounds unless otherwise stated in the credits) it would take far too long and be a little overwhelming to keep it the traditional style. I feel that the pointy pony style depicts the stories well and can leave me time to be more creative on their outfits and designs rather than show-accuracy :)

despite the change in the animation style, i still highly enjoyed this Pinkie Tales video version. Also, i love that you were using this to poke fun at all the errors the Disney Movie made. quite amusing indeed.
