758469 Not particularly. The card demands an extravagant, not the word I'm looking for but, scenario for it to be activated. Depending on whether you're playing with 4000 or 8000 LP also comes into play. And also, getting rid of a few cards probably wouldn't cripple the opponent's deck. So overall, not that great of a card
unless you combine it with a card like skull invitation or coffin seller and they lose life points for each card gone

Wow. THIS, is why I hate modern Yugioh. I mean, I know Silver Spoon's and Diamond Tiara's cards are fake and their probably cheating somehow, but there are cards that let you do basically the same thing and all you need to do is be rich and buy a bunch of syncro cards with abilities like "remove from play" and all that. I mean, I took out my old collection and dueled some of my friends one time and got beat in THREE TURNS, all from using cheap and stupid abilities that require absolutely no skill to use.
Yeah I know, ranting and all that.

Yeah! In my day, if you wanted to play a unbeatable card, like VWXYZ Dragon Catapult Cannon, which I have, you had to fusion summon two different fusion monsters. All these new cards are so unbalanced.
I feel like i need two friends to help me play with my crappy deck and then become the best of the best.

Crusaders forever... only useful in a team match and terribly limited... I honestly think it's more legit than those absurd cards Diamond and Silver are just throwing around.
I am strangely okay with this. It seems more like an outtake with the potential for a serious fanfic story pulling more elements from Yugioh and MLP... I think I'll mock up a plot for this concept.
759177 Plz, synchro monsters are awesome, Exceed monster (XYZ in English) are the real problems, at least with synchro you need a tuner a non tuner and they need to equal a certain level. I think you just suck dude, I won a local tournament using a gravekeeper deck, and another one using an effect damage deck. And this was when exceed was barely coming out, so yeah I was out of the times but still kicking ass, and those decks were made when I was like 12

They still managed to make it to being the Yugi/Yusei of Pony dueling... and of course, Crusaders Forever is actually weak as hell. Dark Bribe, 7 Tools, Royal Decree, Jinzo... any number of cards exist... Maybe even Prime Material Dragon if the card text says "destroy" alongside the "banish".
I'd like to see them take down my Dragon deck from YGO: WC 2k11: Over the Nexus... It'd be over as soon as I get Gold Sarco or Future Fusion... and I don't even intend on using 5-Head, he's just a vehicle from Deck to Grave for Red-Eyes Wyvern, REDMD, and three White Stones of Legend.and trust me, I have a counter to your counters you're already thinking up, fellow duelists.

Diamond and Silver do have a point the Crusaders do have junk and, if not for the heart of the cards, are probably doing to lose.

Honestly, the new shit has driven me back to Pokemon cards with how cheap it's gotten.
...Then I found out I don't have any cards newer than the Gym Leader series and therefore I'm even FURTHER out of date by about 4 game generations. At least the new stuff is sane in that game.
I first read this story about six months ago, but I neglected to comment on it. As an experienced writer of mapping out a duel, I have to say that the duel itself of this story was well-designed, but there's one factor about it that's been on my mind for the past six months. Diamond Dragon's immune to trap cards. Crusaders Forever is a trap card. If we're going by official rulings, I'm assuming 'immune' means "unaffected by the effects of trap cards" rather than "cannot be destroyed by the effects of trap cards". Actually, if it had the latter effect, that would be pretty useless. (Compulsory Evacuation Device, Dimensional Prison, Wall of Revealing Light, and Gravity Bind would all stop it cold).
Also, I really liked how you made the CMC win by exploitation of pre-established rules. Even though Diamond and Silver were on the villainous side of the duel, they were the ones at a clear disadvantage. Though they had even life points, the CMC were getting 3 turns to their 2 (2 to 1 after Silver lost), which means they were +8 on their first turn with a +1 net gain every turn after that as long as none of them were eliminated. The fact that Diamond and Silver had much better cards was the only reason they even stood a chance. I like how you made that so understated to the point where it wasn't even that noticeable.
This story was a really tasty piece of taffy, and I thank you for making it. Make the most!
Cards that are immune to trap cards are only immune to trap cards that target them specifically. They are not immune to trap cards that effect everything. For example, The egyptian gods are immune to spell and trap cards but they can still all be destroyed by mirror force

This was actually pretty adorable.
But now I want to dig out my old deck and play again.
On Crusaders Forever: As it is in the fic, it's okay. As stated, only useful for a team match. The version you've got as the fic's pic, though, is actually fairly useful in an actual duel, and not that OP. It can be stopped easy enough... if you've got the card handy. And, of course, a Nephthys (not sure if I'm spelling that right) deck will shut it right down. In a 4k duel, it's a desperation card that will probably carry a win if you pull it off. In 8k, it's more likely to get used but less devastating, as dealing 6k in one turn isn't as easy as Bloom and Scoots make it look. Overall, pretty balanced as a rare/super-rare.
