One that is already the physically strongest member of the power ponies, when in her base form and grows bigger (and Bustier) due to arousal instead of Anger, (kinda like "size of the sun" by megapone and "an expansive Demonstration" by kifstopher) who has to restrain herself so she doesnt loose controll and accidentaly destroys the city

I think I would look forward to either of that. There are different levels of "bad" ending after all, and this story seems like the kind where even the bad ending wouldn't be quite that horrible for anyone (what with the Contessa being a non-violent villain and even more or less saying that she didn't care to ruin their civilian IDs).
Really enjoyed the story. Whether it's more of this continuity or something completely different, I think I will like all hypnosis/MC related stories coming from you. Definitely will be watching you.

Given how that she says she discovered her powers rather than acquiring them, I would be inclined to think the milk is chemical, though I think that would contradict how she's able to mentally dominate people, even without the milk, like the jail guard.
I'm actually quite happy to discuss "what if's" and potential scenarios, especially in regards to superpowers. I was just worried that this particular one would lead into toilet humor or something.

You are putting a lot of thought into this. I would have been content with just the obvious-yet-elusive answer of just "immune to her own abilities," because you see that comics often enough, I think, yeah?
As for a sequel, you can read my blog post to learn why I can't guarantee it. But if by some miracle I was able to do it, I think I would, after this discussion, include a scientist who tries to study the Contessa.
I'd also make it a crossover and include DC's similar Mighty Endowed and Power Girl.
