I say each chapter should be about one specific group, just like in the Digimon episodes - each "episode" focusing on one team. By the seventh chapter, it all comes back together. We already done each bit of every team in 6 parts already, so let's change it up. Make it more supenseful (howver you spell it).
Before I forget, you think you can do a sequel, with the Autobots and the kids going to Equestria, and maybe have Agent Fowler and Jack's Mom join them in the fun?
