Given that prime's original fic seemed to take place sometimes during or shortly before or after the current MLP (Pinkie Pie was in it, and she seemed like her usual self) and the sequel had an older pinkie pie, and fnaf 4 is confirmed to take place several years before fnaf 1, I'm going to say that this story takes place while Luna was still NMM and imprisoned in the moon.
