Property Damage by way of destroying her own house, and drowning half the city in cum, marecum, and milk, leading to untold millions in repair costs, does not outweigh why Twilight did it. Wanting someone to socialize does not mean destroying half (if not more) of the nation's capital city, and likely throwing the economy in disarray from all of the nobles demanding insurance claims and reparations from her (i.e., the Royal Treasury)

There should be a sequel, where Twilight, Moondancer, their friends, and the princesses find out about Chrysalis and the Changelings being responsible, and plan to get back at them. However, Chrysalis does the spell, not only to Moondancer again, but everyone else. You think up the rest.
