This has potential. Probably for Pinkie it would be no party canons and she must clean up after any parties. For me its a toss up for Fluttershy between getting her to speak up and animals

Good stuff, I hope to see more of this. Here are a few ideas for you:
Rarity may not take out more than one trashy romance novel at a time for the sake of public decency.
Pinkie, liquorice ropes do not make acceptable bookmarks. Neither do hay bacon strips, cheese strings, pieces of celery, cupcakes that have been sat on, or indeed any particularly flat sweet or savoury foodstuff.
No beavers, woodboring insects, .303 bookworms, or any animal with a tendency to gather nesting material is allowed on the annual animal sanctuary day trip to the library.
Spike is not allowed to drool on jewels while reading. Or Spike is not allowed to breathe fire in the library...Applejack can not track mud in the library.
Besides that...I got nothing.
