While I like the idea of Rainbow Dash trying to help Scootaloo by stopping Diamond Tiara's bullying, that seemed a little too easy. I'm skeptical that something that has been happening for years -- or at least over a year -- would be handled by a few minutes of talking and a single example. It kind of seems out of character for Diamond to accept so quickly.
How the fuck did Scootaloo get to Rainbow's house? She lives in a cloud house high above Ponyville and you mentioned in this story that she can't fly! That kinda ruins the whole set-up of the story! Other than that however, your story was dece.

What parts of the story were rushed? Try... ALL of it.
This really needed to be a multi-chapter story... You CAN'T change the mind of somepony as stubborn as DT in one cozy chat. To do so would take major patience, resilience... And probably, some harder truths than were present here.
Still, I admired the sentiment... So, let's give it 6/10. Not enough for me to thumb it up, but worth the time it took me to read. Thank you.

6249614 Let's just all agree that not everything in Rainbow's house is made of cloud, and that she's done well to keep solid objects in her home that don't fall through her home, which would imply the cloud itself has a solid foundation for its floors and stairs, walls and the actual cloud part outside the home seem optional/questionable though, and that perhaps Scootaloo opened up to Rainbow after RD brought her to her home? We can easily assume they do hang out from time to time.
Also, Scootaloo can hold onto clouds, so pretty sure she wouldn't fall through. As for AB and SB? Dash wouldn't invite them without being confident in the fact they'd be safe. After all, Tank doesn't wear that flying gear 24/7. ;P

I like the concept. RD didn't go full on bully, and while I'm not a fan of the 'nobody wants to be my friend' thing due to some episodes, but this was a nice, kindhearted, story. Tropes aside.
I kinda assumed Scoots would have played a bigger role where the two would talk things out, Scoots would reaffirm stuff RD would say, and a teary outburst later that showed Diamond that her words don't easily shrug off after awhile, but can cut deep and leave scars on a pony.
But this was sweet in it's own way. Nice job. And thanks for not making RD a total meanie, that's a plus. And yes, I've read plenty of E rated stories that go a bit far. So points for that. Have a like.
This story takes a very refreshing viewpoint on a subject that is quite hard to explore in an original way.

That was sweet, and a mature way to explain to Diamond Tiara what she was doing to other ponies by being a bully.
I don't know why, but for some reason, I don't find this story that believable. I can't see Diamond Tiara turning over a new leaf just like that.

6566845 Well, this comment was 9 weeks ago. Plus, the perfect storm had to occur for Diamond to reform. Losing that election, with not even Silver Spoon voting for her, Silver telling her off, her mother being very disappointed that Diamond lost ( as well as be very curt about it), and the Crusaders convincing her that she can change.
