Not bad for a first try. :) The pacing feels rather rapid, but then that's exactly what one would expect from a story with a hyperactive Pinkie Pie.
One suggestion: are the ********************** lines meant to be section breaks? I'd advise against doing them like that; the asterisks wrap onto the next line on my screen, and it'd look very odd on mobile. Fimfiction has the [hr] tag for doing breaks like that.

I will offer you my piece of criticism. The first chapter was funny, and felt pretty much in character but the second chapter is just ...mean. Why would she be bored on lunch break and band practice? I suggest that you think about where you want this story to go.
But you have an eye for comedy, that's for sure. keep writing.
