Such an interesting idea. I wish this was quite a bit longer, there's so many story opportunities here. Obviously the vampire story is something we've probably all seen a bit too much of, but I think Twilight's role more than makes up for that.
I'd love to see the dynamics of their relationship explored. Twilight is a princess, presumably well loved and respected, Fluttershy kills to live. Does she simply get the pass for being Twilight's lover? What do Celestia and Luna think of this? Twilight might be willing to turn a blind eye because of love and loneliness, but I doubt the other princesses would accept Fluttershy killing or turning their little ponies. And a thousand years is a considerable time to come to terms with something, yet the killing and even Fluttershy's appearance and body temperature still bother Twilight, an aspect of their relationship that had so much potential to build on. Unfortunately considering the title I'm pretty sure this whole thing was meant to be a joke, and I suppose I have to join every other commenter here: yes, this is a better love story than Twilight.

I made Fluttershy into a vampony in one of my stories, too. It's my thought that the vampire fruit bat thing infected her with vampirism, Twilight's spell cured her of the fruit-desire and of any current vampire traits, but when she dies, she'll end up a real vampony. This was adorable, but I always pair Fluttershy with Discord.
