After going on a killing spree and brutally murdering Scootaloo, Rainbow Dash finds herself ocasionally feeling guilty fo her actions. She shrugged it off and ignored it, until she began seeing the ghost of Scootaloo haunting her.

Despite the ending being rushed a bit, and finding the story to be somewhat short for what you were trying to tell, I think it was just creepy enough for it to come across.
