Hello and welcome to Tales from the Justiceverse. This is the story that will house assorted mini-fics taking place in the same universe as Defender of Justice, King Sombra! that Fyeten and/or I deem would interrupt the flow of that story or simply do not belong there. Think of it as an Extended Universe of sorts. Characters, rating, and other tags will be added or changed as necessary, and an individual fic's tags will be included in an Author's Note at the beginning of each. As this will (eventually) feature at least one story by Fyeten, the author of a given chapter/fic will be indicated in the title (Chapter Name).

Seriously, while this was a very good alt origin for Nightmare Moon it's also a lot worse than the show. Turning evil because your valued efforts never get appreciated and your potential is constantly snubbed in favor of your own counterpart is tragic but understandable, turning evil because you're too blind, or too in denial to notice you're an extremist is just deplorable.
Excellent short story, if very unnerving.

Lightheart is the nurse who reacts a bit... suspiciously to Princess Cadance's presence in DoJKS. Though her somehow being Redheart's mother does have an amusing ring to it, I will admit.

I don't have any more Justiceverse tales planned (at the moment), however, I THINK Vash might have one or two bouncing around in his head. Don't quote me on that, though.
That was cute.
And very well written, especially the whole sequence when the drone wad gaining self-awareness.

This and the main story were both excellent, and I want to specifically congratulate you on this last story. This is the only series on the entire site that manages to make the "changelings are mindless drones" idiocy good with your combination of historical worldbuilding in the previous fic and the way this one was executed. Considering the larger implications it has for Chrysalis and the changelings given what you two did with their history I'd really like to see you do more with it, although at this point I assume any chance of that happening is long gone.
