Chapter 10 [Final Chapter]

Chapter 10

We began to move to the Chinese main city and got informed that the attack from the north-east final pushed through and are on their way too.

"Yes sir we will be there in around an hour," Rainbow said

"Okay you will attack with everything you got it will take us something around 2 till 3 hours to get there," The General informed

"Affirmative, Over and Out," Rainbow replied

So this is the final attack?" Soarin asked

"Yep today is the day that we finally end this war," Rainbow answered

"Then let's do this!" Soarin replied

1 Hour later

"Okay, Big Mac and spitfire left side, Commander and Fleetfoot right side, Twilight you command the artillery platoon, rest through middle, Rainbow ordered

"Yes Ma'am," Everypony answered

"Okay Twilight send everything you got onto sqaure: G1-18 Rainbow ordered

"That will take very long Dash," Twilight answered

"Just make small barrages to startle them," Rainbow replied

"Okay," Twilight replied

We watched as seconds later the whole defence line got bombarded with artillery grenades and MLRS rockets, the bombarded lastet for 30 seconds and then we charged.

"Gunner, 10 o'clock and half a click enemy tank," Soarin ordered

"Twilight barrage on square: G7," Rainbow ordered

"Incoming," Twilight answered

After around 50 minutes with no advance and very big loses while the Chinese rather minor loses, but the russian have got very heavy loses they where nearly at the breaking point.

"Dash we are getting attacked from and it's no few soldiers it's a whole force!" Big Mac informed

"Okay try to..." She began

"Ma'am we are getting attacked pretty heavy too," The Commander cutted off

"Darn it, *Sigh* okay fallback to my position and we have a full force counter attack," Rainbow ordered

"Yes Ma'am," Both ponies answered as they began made their way to her

"How many are coming?" Rainbow asked

"4 Companies from the left and 4 from the right," Big Mac and the Commander answered

"So nearly a regiment, Well we just have to survive till the General get's here, then we will push them back," Rainbow figured

"How long till?" Big Mac asked

"If my calculations are correct around 10 minutes," Rainbow answered

"Shouldn't be a problem," Big Mac answered

"Then let's do this, Big Mac you take the middle of our back, Spitfire right and Commander left, Fleetfoot you will support my force," Rainbow ordered

"Yes Ma'am," Everypony answered

We held our positions and threw wave after wave of the attack back, We had minor loses.

"Colonel Dash, We are around 1 minute from the battlefield any orders for help on specify positions?" The General asked

"Yes Sir, We are surrounded and pinned down on square: K10, Surround them and take them from behind," Rainbow answered

"Affirmative," The General answered

General Flash's force came into view and began to shot the Chinese forces Big Mac was fighting against. They then splitted up and cleaned left and right at the same time.

"Everything is clear, Now let's move into the attack," General Flash ordered

"Yes Sir," Everypony replied and began to attack the defence again

15 Minutes Later

In those 15 Minutes we reduced our loses from 5 soldiers every minute to 5 soldier every 3 minutes.

"Okay we nearly broke them let's..." The General began

"Sir very big and heavy Russian force from behind," Rainbow informed

"How many?" The General asked

"Nearly 2 regiments," Rainbow answered

"WHAT?! Okay everypony let's stop the attack and counter-attack their ambush," The General informed

"Yes sir," Everypony except Rainbow replied

"Sir one company should stay back, And keep this flank from falling us into our backs," Rainbow said

"Okay, your Company will do that," The General replied

"Yes Sir," Rainbow answered

"So with not even a full battalion we shall hold back nearly a whole Chinese regiment?" Soarin asked

"Uhm... Yea pretty much," Rainbow answered

"Hmph... Shouldn't be a problem," Soarin replied sarcastically

We only had 3 companies, The general needed as much units as he could to counter-attack the Russian ambush. He had nearly 2 regiments with him he said they would need around 30 minutes when not longer to wipe them out. About 10 Minutes later .

"Colonel Dash, we will need less time than expected, We just got German reinforcements," The General informed

"Okay, how long?" Rainbow asked

"10 till 15 minutes," The General answered

"Okay," Rainbow replied

"We will move over into the attack and push the defensive Chinese force back," Rainbow said

"What?! Are you stupid?" Soarin asked

"Nope, We will make it easier for the the General to push through the rest," Rainbow answered

"Makes sense... Okay let's go!" Soarin replied

"Okay we will move over into the attack," Rainbow said to her company

We began to charge at the Chinese force and took them by surprise, We nearly threw them to their HQ back I ordered 3 platoons to guard the 3 street's behind us.

"Okay Colonel we just wiped the Russian force out... Wait did you move into the attack?" The General asked

"Yes Sir, I ordered my unit to do this to make it easier for you to wipe out the rest," Rainbow answered

"Well it could have gone wrong... But never mind that, It worked and you just made it easier for all of us to break through their defence," The General answered

The Generals force began to move to the down and splitted in half and attack the left and right side, He even sended a couple of platoons down to us to support us.

"Okay we will keep pushing until the General get's to us, Then we will see what we do," Rainbow said

10 Minutes later

"Okay we nearly got it, Let's just keep charging," The General said

"Yes Sir," Everypony answered

"If we keep this pace we will end this in not even 20 minutes," Rainbow figured

"Well then let's do this," Soarin answered

"Heck yes!" Rainbow replied

We kept our pace and in 15 minutes we pretty much had the whole city and the last target was their HQ.

"Okay they are making their last stand at their HQ, Let's role over them and end this war," The General said

"Yes sir," Everypony replied

"Company one goes left and Company two goes right," Rainbow ordered to her troops

"Yes Ma'am," they replied

They began to attack it only took them 5 minutes to overrun the enemy.

"Okay a squad of 20 ponies will go in and the rest defends if something should attack here again," The General ordered

"Who...," Rainbow began

"You, And please no prisoners" The General cut off and said simply

"Yes Sir," She replied and got out of her tank

We made our way into the HQ we walked from room to room and killed everything that was inside something around 15 griffins ans 25 hippogriffis. But we found war prisoners bruised, cut and nearly dead and got them out of there.

"Okay everything is clear sir," Rainbow informed

"Okay then now officially the war is ended," The General said and cheered

They began to pack and made their way back to Equestria

"And that kiddo is how your old parents won the war,"Rainbow said

"Cool! So what happend after that?" Prism Bolt asked

"Oh that's another story," Rainbow answered and smiled at Soarin
